This market is absolutely insane. My husband and I don’t have much; we’re newly weds and pcsd here in July. Our first Realator basically told us to give up and rent. I cried a few times feeling like a loser. But we gave Kathy Lemay from Remax a call. She went with us to look at houses for days, however many houses we wanted to look at and she didn’t make me cry not one time. She made us feel confident and she did not give up on finding us a house. She is absolutely amazing!
